1. Definitions and Interpretation

The following words and phrases used in these Terms have specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the ku9i website, mobile version, and all of its services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any member registered on the platform.
• "Account" refers to your personal registered profile on ku9i.
• "Real Money" refers to actual funds (money) deposited on the platform, which can be used to play games and withdrawn.
• "Bonus" refers to additional balance provided as a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount of bets that must be placed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, ku9i reserves the right to close any or all of those accounts and forfeit the associated balances.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information will be considered a violation of these Terms.

3. Account Security

The security of your account is your own responsibility. ku9i asks you to ensure the following:

• Use a strong and unique password that you do not use anywhere else.
• Never share your login details with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.

You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account, unless you have notified ku9i of a security breach in a timely manner.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

ku9i currently supports transactions through the following mobile financial services:

4.2 Limits and Timeframes

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (applicable for each method). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Your account identity verification must be completed before you can request a withdrawal. If any active bonus wagering requirement has not been met, the related portion cannot be withdrawn. ku9i reserves the right to delay or suspend any withdrawal in accordance with its anti-money laundering policy.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 as a bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. Alternatively, if you deposit ৳32,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, making your total balance ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount — on the bonus funds only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in wagers must be placed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be forfeited after it expires.
• Using any inappropriate betting strategy to earn bonuses is prohibited.
• ku9i reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus at its discretion.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or IP address are not permitted.

6. Fair Play Policy

8.2 Closure at User's Request

You may close your account at any time. If any active bonus wagering requirement cannot be met before closure, the related bonus will be forfeited. However, deposited real money will be withdrawable.
